Your request for permissions to reproduce 'Hand' within the website designated in your communication has been passed on to myself by the Rights and Reproductions Dept, with their recomendation for approval, with the usual legal and copyright provisos, as stipulated within all British and International Copyright Laws and Agreements pursuant to and in agreement with the foregoing as of this date, such Laws and Agreements being legally binding between the interested parties and with due recognition of any and all sanctions applicable therein, legal and otherwise, these sanctions requiring no agreement of either party before being enforcable by any British or International Court of Law that is signatory to the aforementioned Laws and Agreements.
In light of the above, and assuming your agreement and observation of the above provisos, I have no objection to your use of the illustration 'Hand'.

My notes from the early Eighties included acknowledgements for the early stages of research to: William Burroughs, Brion Gysin, Academy of Fundemental Findings, Gurdieff, Bill Butler, Jacky Lansley, Richard Coldman and Greg Bright. Later I was inspired by (and highly critical of) Raoul Vaneigem's Book of Pleasures (orig Paris 1979). I read the Pending Press edition translated by John Fullerton c1984.
