I don't think the disclaimer is good enough to avoid being sued under american law :-). Maybe a more general approach:

We do not guarantee for the correctness of any information presented on this site. The articles represent the opinions and beliefs of the respective authors. We do not accept responsibility for any harm or damage caused by visiting this website or using any of the information provided on it in any way. Use this website and the exercises at your own risk.

Well, not sure if it's really better. Just wanted to say something again after all the time ;-).
