Coloured heads: As designer/author I wanted to have the exercises indented by an inch or so and each exercise title preceded with the work 'exercise' in a dark blue.

Using : , a template, seemed to achieve this but in practice after about five or six exercises the word template shows (this seems to have been corrected by updates since...Szczels 13:12, 3 April 2006 (BST))

The HTML colour coding works but is not very accessible/ fiddly...

Indent first line control: Indentation control seems not to be possible with HTML

< p class = "i" > (without spaces) gives a small indent but amount cannot be controlled.

In the end I want a distinctive skin. But this seems amazingly difficult...

Few months ago I had a disastrous lower back problem which ended up with me in a hospital in Amsterdam. I'll spare you the details. On my return to London I attended Physiotherapy sessions at Guys Hospital and am now attending their Core Strength Workshops.

The main point of these is to work on the Transversus Abdominis (TVA) muscles which form a sort of corset deep within the pelvis. This corset effect stabillises the lower back structure but the TVA muscles are often below our conscious control. Their exercises help people to gain control of this muscle.

A facsimile of the English edition of 'Shelter' is about to be published as a P.O.D. by Mute collective.(after extensive scanning and a impressive proof the publication never materialised...
